    How does a concrete pump work?

    Pete Lien & Sons has mobile concrete pumps that are driven directly to a job site. They are large trucks used to transport liquid concrete from one location to another, carrying wet concrete from a mixer truck to a hopper, which then flows into and through the pump truck to it's final placement location. The pump pushes concrete through a large, hose-like, cylinder directly onto the location desired. They are operated by a highly trained pump truck technician who will ensure safe and effective placement.
