Pete Lien & Sons is a proud steward of the land we own across the region. The company’s long history of environmental management has caught the attention of many awards, to include the USA EPA – Earth Care Award in 1980.
The land is acquired, optimally maintained, and cared for throughout the life cycle of the property. Pete Lien & Sons’ acquires land, and maintains it in it’s natural state until the land is prepped for mining/mineral extraction. The mining portion of the land management is a temporary state. Once Pete Lien & Sons mines the minerals from the land, it is reclaimed back to (or better than) it’s original state. The land is again optimally maintained and managed to help promote the natural resources for future generations.
Pete Lien & Sons land managements consists of maintaining as is, developing for agriculture purposes such as ranching or farming, extracting the minerals, and finally reclaiming the land for future generations.
